Returns and Exchanges

Ensuring that our customers are 100% satisfied is of the utmost importance to Givenworks. If your product arrives damaged because of Australia Post’s handling we would ask you to:
  1. Immediately inform us by email if possible stating your invoice number so that a replacement product can be organized to be sent at once.
  2. Place the item in the same packaging as sent and take it back to the PO and send it back to us marked “COD Mail”

We do not give refunds for change-of-mind reasons but if for some reason you are less than happy with your product we would like to know about it and your reasons. In cases of poor or faulty workmanship, we may then ask you to return it to us for replacement. In cases of change-of-mind we are happy to replace with another exactly priced item as long as the original item is returned to us in perfect condition at your cost and the cost of postage of the new item is paid for in advance.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case by case basis. In most cases refunds are given in the form of a gift voucher of equal value including freight costs, for any Givenworks products.


Shipping & Delivery Information

Within Australia
We ship all items via Australia Post at the cost rate calculated by the usual weight/area code method.
We endeavour to ship goods within 48 hours of receiving payment notification. Delivery times vary from 1 to 7 business days depending on where you are located in Australia. If the item is not in stock, we attempt to inform you of this by email and give you an estimate of delay.

International Orders
Postage costs on orders to be delivered overseas are calculated in the same manner as local fees and automatically added to your final price in the shopping cart.
